  • Depending on the platforms you choose, I provide light engagement management by responding to comments to keep your audience engaged. However, I do not manage direct messages — I encourage you to handle those personally for the most authentic connections.

  • Yes! I can manage one or several platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

  • Absolutely. You’ll receive a content calendar in advance so you can approve, request changes, or give feedback before anything goes live.

  • Yes—absolutely! I actually recommend it. On the days we’re not posting, feel free to share updates, behind-the-scenes moments, or anything timely.

    Since I don’t create or schedule Stories, I always encourage clients to post stories regularly to stay visible and engaged with their audience.

  • Because social media management services are delivered throughout the month and billed after the work is completed, no refunds will be issued once the monthly invoice has been paid.

    If work for an upcoming month has been completed but not yet posted and not yet billed, 90% of the monthly rate will be issued to reflect the time and work already completed. The remaining services will be canceled, and no further charges will be applied

  • No — I don’t replace a videographer, I complement them. While videographers focus on cinematic storytelling and full-length edited films, I capture the candid, real-time moments designed for quick sharing — like Reels, TikToks, and Stories.

    Think of me as an added layer: I use professional equipment to film behind-the-scenes content, guest reactions, details, and vibe-driven footage you won’t see in a formal video. My goal is to help you relive the day immediately, without waiting weeks for edits.

    If you’re hiring both, we work side by side — I stay out of their way and focus on a different kind of storytelling.

  • All your raw footage is delivered digitally through Dropbox, a secure and easy-to-use file sharing platform. You’ll receive a private link within a few days after your event, giving you instant access to download and share your videos whenever you want.

    If you need help accessing or organizing your files, I’m happy to assist!

  • Yes! Since I deliver all the raw footage quickly—usually within a few days after your event—you’ll have everything you need to start sharing your favorite moments right away.

  • In the rare case I can’t make it, I will notify you immediately and work to find a trusted replacement or offer a full refund.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your booking date if you decide to cancel.

    After 30 days, deposits and payments are non-refundable due to the time reserved exclusively for your event.

    If you need to reschedule, please notify me as early as possible — I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
